Combine your holiday of sun, swimming and rest on the beautiful Island of Skiathos with the relaxing practices of Yoga.

This Yoga Holiday Retreat program includes Satsang /lectures and meditations with Swami Nishchalananda.

Michal Cohen will be teaching Jin-Shin and meditations.

Morning Yoga classes in nature and Yoga Nidra will be given by Daniela / Divya Murti.

We will spend most of the time outdoor in close harmony with nature, surrounded by the sun, the wind and the sea. There will be plenty of time for swimming in fantastic turquoise sea which is deliciously warm in september. Walks in nature and beautiful beach sunsets are also features of the retreat location.

Skiathos is an island in the Sporades and much of the pine covered coast is blessed with exquisite beaches of golden sand.
